Easy, Secure Connection with the Facilitator

• The participant simply follows the link in the email invitation, or inserts the invitation code, and downloads a small software client. When the session is over, it’s removed from his computer.
• We use the latest encryption technology – completely secure connection!

Simple Participant User Interface

• The interface is extremely easy to understand – and stays out of the way – so the participant is comfortable.  Since they're using their own computer, they give an accurate view of how they’d really use the site.
• To speak over the phone, the participant only needs to answer the call from UserVue … just as they would any other phone call.

Participant Freedom

• The participant can use Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, or Firefox 1.0 or later.
• The participant can quit the session any time, and the recording file will be saved.
